Analysis: U.S., Taiwan Hold Annual Security 'Monterey Talks'

It’s the second day of the annual U.S.-Taiwan security meetings known as the ‘Monterey Talks’. U.S. arms sales to Taiwan are expected to top the agenda of the closed-door discussions. Michael Hunzeker of George Mason University tells anchor Yin Khvat that the Biden administration’s narrowing of arms to focus on asymmetric warfare is in line with the tight timeframes given by the U.S.’ military operating in the region.
