Keelung Residents Honor Spirits of French Soldiers
Residents of the northeastern city of Keelung commemorated the Sino-French War of the late 19th century by dressing up as historical figures and holding a ceremony. The event took place at a memorial site where hundreds of French soldiers are buried.
