Wednesday is Tomb Sweeping Day, when people across Taiwan visit family tombs and leave food offerings to their ancestors. It’s a tradition that usually involves lots of meat. But in central Taiwan, one bakery has come up with a vegetarian, health-conscious alternative that’s a hit with customers.
