Taiwan Leaders Hit Back at China Ban

Taiwan’s leading officials have hit back after China released details of a black list of those they say “support Taiwan’s independence”. A number of the island’s high-level officials are named including the Premier and Foreign minister, but not President Tsai Ing Wen. This is the first time that China has spelt out concretely the punishment for people deemed to be pro-Taiwan independence.
