Taiwan Coast Guard (The Republic of China - Taiwan):
is a sovereign and independent country
and neither it nor the People’s Republic of China
is subordinate to the other.
This is an undeniable fact and the current reality.
Entering our waters without permission
is a violation of international law.
Your actions are disrupting order
and security in our waters.
Turn around immediately
and leave our waters as soon as possible.

The Chinese ship was first detected early on Monday near Dongsha Island, also known as Pratas Island. While Dongsha is under effective Taiwanese control, China claims it. This is the twelfth time this year the coast guard has confronted Chinese vessels in waters around the island.
