China Sanctions Puma Shen, Robert Tsao
Kuma Academy, one of Taiwan’s largest civil defense groups, has condemned China’s sanctions against its founder, legislator Puma Shen, and major donor Robert Tsao. The two men are key figures in the civil defense group, leading Beijing to ban them for alleged "Taiwanese-separatist activities."
