Taiwan Celebrities Make Political Statements After President Lai's Inauguration
Some of Taiwan’s biggest celebrities have recently refered to themselves as Chinese and expressed support for unification with China. These statements come just a week since President Lai Ching-te took office. Politicians in Taiwan are urging the public to show compassion to the celebrities.
