President Lai Calls for Society To Recuperate After Divisive Recall Elections
In an exclusive interview the the Liberty Times, President Lai Ching-te says Taiwanese society needs time to rest and recuperate after 2025's divisive legislative recall elections. Lai says his government will shift its focus to improving the country's economic outlook, as well as helping disadvantaged groups and youth.
