DPP Caucus Whip Reports Video as Deepfake, Cognitive Warfare
Democratic Progressive Party caucus whip Ker Chien-ming has reported a video seeming to show him speaking negatively about his own party as a deepfake. Ker says the video was created to sow division in Taiwan's society three controversial changes to three laws last week.
