Lawmakers Two-Third's Majority Requirement for Constitutional Court Rulings

A controversial set of amendments requiring members of Taiwan's Constitutional Court to reach a two-third's majority for legal judgments was passed by the opposition Kuomintang and Taiwan People's Party, despite political and physical resistance from the ruling Democratic Progressive Party.
