New COVID Variant Triggers Alarm
The discovery of a new variant of COVID-19 is reversing a much anticipated opening up of countries around the world. Many places are imposing new travel restrictions and tightening quarantine measures in response to Covid-19 variant emerging from South Africa. Taiwan’s government is allowing travelers from Southern African countries, but they are required to undergo stricter quarantines. Bing Wang has more.
