Risks Of Post Vacation Blues

With the COVID-19 situation easing in Taiwan, schools reopen today ending the longest-ever summer vacation. While returning to school, students and teachers suffer from "post-vacation blues" with symptoms of insomnia, decreased appetite, or palpitations. Parents are advised to rapidly adjust their children's work and rest schedules. Seeking medical attention is advised if symptoms continue for over two weeks.
