Taiwan's health ministry reports that nine people have been killed in Hualien County after a magnitude 7.2 earthquake rocked the country on Wednesday morning. The tremor and its aftershocks have caused landslides and road closures across Taiwan; 821 people have been injured, and 127 are trapped.
