This year the world’s largest naval exercises known as The Rim of the Pacific, or RIMPAC, took place in Hawaii. The drill lasted over a month and came to a close earlier in August. We spoke to two experts to get their insight on how these military exercises play into tensions in the region and deterring looming threats from China, North Korea and Russia.
