While Taiwan's society benefits from the work of migrant laborers, the government is failing to protect them against abuse and mistreatment. In the second part of our conversation on migrant workers’ rights, we look at an exploitative system that affects hundreds of thousands of migrant workers, and what activists in Taiwan are doing to change it.
