China's Cyberwarfare Threat
Taiwan’s biennial defense report game-planned what it sees as China’s devastating multi-dimensional strategy to move on Taiwan. A so-called “hybrid war” would combine Beijing’s formidable military power together with increasingly aggressive cognitive and cyber threats. Lennon Chang is a senior lecturer at Monash University specializing in cybersecurity and disinformation.
