Fatalities reported, dozens injured after 7.4 quake hits Japan
At least four people have been killed and more than 100 injured in a powerful earthquake that struck off Japan’s northeastern coast on Wednesday night. The 7.4 quake struck near Fukushima prefecture, reviving memories of the 2011 earthquake that triggered a nuclear disaster in the region. Louise Watt reports.
