TaiwanPlus was founded in August 2021, with a mission to become Taiwan’s voice to the international community. Headquartered in Taipei, it provides daily news covering both domestic and international stories, as well as producing cultural and lifestyle programs and documentaries. TaiwanPlus has become the premier platform for the world to hear Taiwan's stories and understand Taiwan’s perspective on global events.
TaiwanPlus’ internship program is now open. For anyone who wishes to gain a unique experience combining a Taiwanese working environment with a global perspective on both local and international issues, TaiwanPlus’ internship program is officially open. We welcome applications from domestic and international university and college students from all academic disciplines.
Application Details and Deadlines are as Follows：
Application Period: From now until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 (based on the email receipt time).
Interview Date: During the month of December, 2024.
Admission Notification: Successful applicants will be individually notified by Monday, December 30, 2024, while applicants who are not accepted will not receive further notification.
Internship Duration: February to June, 2025 (the exact internship period will be agreed upon between the department supervisor and the intern).
Important Notes:
1. The internship is unpaid. During the internship period, interns are responsible for their own meals, accommodation and transportation.
2. This internship requires a minimum of 160 hours and each intern must pass the unit supervisor’s assessment to meet the TaiwanPlus internship standard.
