Taiwan suspects China of being behind the cutting of the Trans-Pacific Express Cable on Jan. 7 just off the north coast of Taiwan. Beijing is also accused of refusing to allow a Swedish prosecutor aboard a Chinese cargo ship suspected of severing two undersea cables in the Baltic Sea in mid-November.
