India Reopens North Korean Embassy In Volatile Region

India has reopened its embassy in North Korea after an absence of three-and-a-half years. It is seen as a strategic move by India, which adopts a multialignment foreign policy. New Delhi also sent a special representative to Beijing as the two sides try to repair relations badly frayed by violent clashes along their border.
