The construction of TSMC’s Arizona fab is nearing completion. Amid recent reports that U.S. President Joe Biden and President-elect Donald Trump had planned to attend the fab’s completion ceremony, TSMC founder Morris Chang has announced that a completion ceremony will not be held. How might the incoming Trump administration impact TSMC and Taiwan’s industry?
