The 2024 Democratic National Convention was held in Chicago for four consecutive days from August 19th to 22nd. Approximately 50,000 people attended from various states across the U.S. At the event, Vice-President Kamala Harris formally accepted the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination. In this episode of “Taiwan Talks,” we discuss Kamala Harris’ run against former President Donald Trump and what each candidate’s policies may mean for Taiwan.
