In May, top officials of China, Japan, and South Korea held their first trilateral meeting following a nearly 5-year hiatus. During their summit, the three countries renewed discussions on free trade agreements and other key issues. The defense ministers of China and the U.S. met on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue just days later. In this episode of "Taiwan Talks" we explore the changing dynamics and economic interests between China, Japan, and South Korea.
