Under its new strategy, the EU has re-started talks on a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the Philippines and is increasing its presence in Asian waters. In this episode of “Taiwan Talks”, we explore the EU’s changing policy on Asia and similarities with Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy.
