U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has completed his tour of Africa on the heels of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi's own visit to the continent. Blinken visited Nigeria, Angola and Cape Verde, while Wang visited Egypt, Tunisia and Togo. Both men visited Ivory Coast.
