A Chinese ship has once again come dangerously close to a Philippine resupply vessel bound for a military outpost on Second Thomas Shoal. Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson Jay Tarriela said: "We condemn the behavior of the Chinese Coast Guard vessel. They have been violating the international law particularly the collision regulations since they have carried out dangerous maneuvers and blocking operations to the Philippine Coast Guard to prevent our routine operations in providing supplies for our military troops."
