A Chinese high altitude balloon was shot down by the U.S. military after spending a week traversing the continental United States. Ivan Kanapathy tells Taiwan Talks host Yin Khvat that the suspected spy balloon incident doesn't change the trajectory of U.S.-China relations. But it may accelerate what was "probably already coming anyway."
