Poland has emerged as one of Taiwan’s strongest supporters and most important trading partners in Central and Eastern Europe. As the current EU president, Poland plays a leading political and military role in defending Europe from Russian aggression and shaping the bloc’s foreign policy. What are Poland — and also Lithuania —doing to influence EU policy in favor of Taiwan?
