Analysis: New US Section 337 Probe Into Taiwanese Tech Giants

The US has launched a Section 337 investigation into alleged patent infringement involving several Taiwanese tech firms, including Foxconn, Delta Electronics and Quanta Computer, over AI server power delivery systems. Delta Electronics and Foxconn say they will respond through legal channels. All three firms report no impact on their operations so far. TaiwanPlus spoke with Darson Chiu, Director General of the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry, to learn more about the case and its potential impact and implications.
