Taiwan Ranked Fifth Worldwide in Economic Freedom Index
Taiwan has ranked fifth globally in the Heritage Foundation Index of Economic Freedom. According to the index, Taiwan is the second freest economy in Asia, behind Singapore but ahead of Japan and South Korea.
