Formosa Plastics U.S. Unit Settles Caustic Soda Antitrust Suit
The U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan-based Formosa Plastics has agreed to pay US$7.5 million to settle an antitrust lawsuit in which the company was accused of curbing the supply of caustic soda to inflate prices.
