Taiwan has big ambitions for space – from its own launch vehicle program to putting a second payload on the moon in 2028. Our team went to CAPE (Center for Astronautical Physics and Engineering) at National Central University to find out what’s on the horizon for space innovation in Taiwan. We spoke to CAPE’s Professor Loren Chang about Taiwan’s first lunar mission in 2022, Taiwan’s global collaborations in space and why space research is important for us all.
