Foreign ministers from NATO countries concluded a two-day summit in Brussels by pledging stronger support for Ukraine. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister said he came to the meeting with a singular request: “weapons, weapons, weapons.” NATO’s Asia-Pacific partners also attended, reflecting the global impact of Russia's war in Ukraine. TaiwanPlus reporter Yin Khvat spoke to Liang-Chi Evans Chen, an associate research fellow at Taiwan’s government-funded Institute for National Defense and Security Research.
