Taiwan's reputation as a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing is mostly down to one company, TSMC.  At the global chipmaker's annual shareholders meeting, chair Mark Liu said there were no plans, for now, to expand to Europe. Anchor Yin Khvat asked Ray Yang of Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute whether the EU would be disappointed.
