Putin Recognizes Rebel Regions of Ukraine
Russia's President Vladimir Putin has ordered troops into rebel-held regions of eastern Ukraine, after recognizing breakaway Donetsk and Luhansk as independent states. Putin said the troops would be there on "peacekeeping operations," but Western leaders are concerned the move could be the prelude to a full invasion of Ukraine. James Chater reports.
